Adhivakta Parishad Bihar, Patna Mahanagar through it’s Patna High Court Unit today on 26.11.2018 organised Constitution Day Program in Bihar Industries Association Auditorium on the subject “Role of Constitutional Institution in the Democratic System”. Program was Inaugrated by inligthing the lamp by the Chief Guest Mrs. Justice Mridula Mishra, Former Judge of the Patna High Court at Present Vice-Chancellor of Chanakya Law University, Patna. In the beginning Sri Kaushal Kumar Singh, President of the High Court Unit through his welcome address welcomed the Guest and State General Secretary Sri Amod Kumar Singh, produce in short about the aims and object of the Adhivakta Parishad Bihar. Prant Mahila Pramukh Dr. Sobha Choubey introduce the subject and the Chief Guest in her addressed stated that in the Constitutional setup legislature are the elected bodies who’s role is to enact laws and the majority party or alies of parties form the govt. who give aid an advice to the President at Union Level and the Governors at State Level but the other Constitutional Institution like Judiciary, election commission etc. though are not mened with elected persons but are mened with the Persons appointed by the executive but they are independent and autonomus in its conception while discharging deuties and play a vital role in cheque and balances of powers which are not central rather decentralized inasmuch as our constitutional forfathers had curtained apprehension that the People elected Govt. may userp all the Powers for their on existence. The Program was presided over Sri Ravinder Kr. Sinha, President, Adhivakta Parishad, Bihar, whereas Sri Shailendra Kumar, State Secretary paid the Vote of Thanks. Smt Sikha Singh Parmar, NCM, Sri Om Prakash Sinha, President Civil Court, Sri Navin Kumar Sinha, GS, Civil Court, Sri Viany Kr. @ Pallu Babu, Convenor, City Court, Sri Ashok Kumar, Vice-President, High Court Unit, Sri Niraj Kumar where specially present besides a large number of male and female advocates.
