National wings Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad (ABAP) (translation: All India Lawyers Council) is a right-wing all India lawyers association associated with the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. It is often referred to as the "RSS lawyers' wing.
The organisation was founded in 1992,DELHI AND BIHAR with the initiative of the RSS Pracharak Dattopant Thengadi. It aims to work for a judicial system which is "in harmony with the genius of the nation and in consonance with Bharatiya traditions.
Adhivakta Parishad Bihar (APB), a registered society under the Societies Act , 1860 , having motto of 'न्याय: मम धर्म:' is working all over the country , since its inception in the year 1992 ,At Organization level each High Court of the country is considered to be a unit, which are taking endeavor to have unit at each district of the respective state. At present the 38 District Units are affiliated to the (APB).
Shri Ram Suresh Rai (senior advocate of Patna high court) served as the organizer of the Adhivakta Parishad Bihar & Shri Pramod Kumar Sinha served as the co- organizer of the Adhivakta Parishad Bihar.
